Imagination Farms homeowners deserve transparency, responsible stewardship of our money, and rules that are applied fairly to everyone — including Board members.

Neighbors for Accountability was created to give homeowners the facts. We’ll share financial records, important community information, homeowner rights, and disputes happening behind the scenes that may be costing all of us money.

Board members are entrusted with managing our Association and have fiduciary duties in carrying out those responsibilities. Homeowners have every right to ask questions, review Association records as permitted by law and our governing documents, and hold our leadership accountable.

That means knowing where our money is going, understanding the decisions being made on our behalf, and expecting the same rules to apply to everyone.

And the numbers deserve attention.

The latest Association financial statement reports $56,236.85 in year-to-date legal fees against a year-to-date budget of just $3,333.36 — a difference of $52,903.49.

We’ll start by sharing documentation surrounding a dispute that has been going on for months, allowing homeowners to review the facts and reach their own conclusions.
